【摘要】:!ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthedesign,transport,installation,operationandmaintenanceofbatchproductionfixedortiltinghorizontalbowltypemixerswithoneortworotatingshaftswithorwithoutmovableblades.Thesemixersareusedtomix,kneadandhomogenisefoodforanimalorhumanconsumptioninpowder,pasteorliquidform.Themixerscanbefloormountedortransportable(withorwithoutcastors).Theyareintendedtobeusedwhenstationary."Thesemachinesareusedinfeedmillsandfactorieswhichproduce,workonorprocessfoodstuff,forexamplebiscuits,bread,chocolate,cerealproducts.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththeuseofthemachineinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.!ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomixerswithhorizontalshafts,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4)."ThisEuropeanStandardalsospecifiesfoodhygienerequirements.Thefeedingequipment,thedosingequipment,andtherequirementsofequipmentforthesupplyofinertgases,andforheatingandcooling,areexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.Thehazardsduetotheunloadingequipment(container,dischargebelt,etc.)arenotdealtwithinthisEuropeanStandard.WhendraftingthisEuropeanStandard,ithasbeenassumedthatthemachinesarenotintendedtobecleanedwithawaterjet.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomixerswithhorizontalshaftswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
