【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesproceduresforreducingsusceptibilityordegreeofsusceptibilitytohydrogenembrittlementthatcanariseinsurfacefinishingprocesses.TheheattreatmentproceduresestablishedinthisInternationalStandardhavebeenshowntobeeffectiveinreducingthesusceptibilitytohydrogenembrittlement.Theseheat-treatmentproceduresareusedaftersurfacefinishing,butpriortoanysecondaryconversioncoatingoperation.Stress-reliefheattreatmentproceduresappliedafterfabrication,butpriortosurfacefinishing,arespecifiedinISO9587.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytofasteners.NOTETheheattreatmentdoesnotguaranteecompletefreedomfromtheadverseeffectsofhydrogenembrittlement.
