【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62150containsaseriesofperformancetestprocedures,includingpreferredseveritiesdesignedtoassesstheabilityofactivecomponentstoperformunderexpectedserviceconditions.ThispartofIEC62150providesgeneralinformationthatappliestoalloftheseprocedures.Theobjectofthisstandardistoprovideuniformandreproducibleenvironmentaltestproceduresandmeasurementprocedures,forthosepreparingspecificationsforfibreopticactivecomponentsanddevices.Thesetestandmeasurementproceduresarebasedonavailableinternationalengineeringexperienceandjudgement,andaredesignedtoprovideinformationonthefollowingpropertiesofactivecomponents:a)abilitytooperatewithinspecifiedlimitsoftemperature,pressure.humidity,mechanicalstressorotherenvironmentalconditionsandcertaincombinationsoftheseconditions;b)abilitytowithstandstorageandtransport;c)abilitytomeetthespecifiedlevelsofopticalperformance.ActiveopticalcomponentsconsideredinthepresentstandardarethosespecifiedintheIEC62007,IEC62148andIEC62149series.Thetestsinthisstandardpermittheperformanceofsamplecomponentsorequipmenttobecompared.Toassesstheoverallqualityofaproductionlot,thetestproceduresshouldbeappliedinaccordancewithasuitablesamplingplanandmaybesupplementedbyappropriateadditionaltests,ifnecessary.Toprovidetestsappropriatetothedifferentintensitiesofanenvironmentalcondition,someofthetestprocedureshaveanumberofdegreesofseverity.Thesedifferentdegreesofseverityareobtainedbyvaryingthetime,temperatureorsomeotherdeterminingfactorseparatelyorincombination.Thisstandardshouldbeusedincombinationwiththedetailspecification,whichwilldefinetheteststobeused,therequireddegreeofseverityforeachofthem,theirsequence,ifrelevant,andthepermissibleperformancelimits.Intheeventofconflictbetweenthisbasicstandardandthedetailspecification,thelatterwillapply.
