【摘要】:ThispartofENISO15874specifiesthecharacteristicsofpipesmadefrompolypropylene(PP)forpipingsystemsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallationswithinbuildingsfortheconveyanceofwaterwhetherornotintendedforhumanconsumption(domesticsystems)andforheatingsystemsunderoperatingpressuresandtemperaturesappropriatetotheclassofapplication(seeTable1ofENISO15874-1:2003).Thisstandardcoversarangeofserviceconditions(applicationclasses),designpressuresandpipedimensionclasses.ForvaluesofTD,TmaxandTmalinexcessofthoseinTable1ofPart1,thisstandarddoesnotapply.NOTE1Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofENISO15874(seeForeword)itisapplicabletoPPpipes,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofPP,otherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterialsintendedtobeusedforhotandcoldwaterinstallations.Itisapplicabletopipeswithorwithout(a)barrierlayer(s).NOTE2Inthecaseofplasticspipesprovidedwithathinbarrierlayer,e.g.topreventorgreatlydiminishthediffusionofgasesandthetransmissionoflightintoorthroughthepipewall,thedesignstressrequirementsaretotallymetbythebasepolymer(PP).
