【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesanumberofmethodsofdeterminingthedimensionalchangesintestpiecesofvulcanizedorthermoplasticrubberduringandaftertensileloadingforrelativelyshortperiodsunderconstantelongationorconstantloading.Theconstant-elongationtestisintendedtomeasuretheabilityofrubberstoretaintheirelasticpropertiesafterextension,atastandardlaboratorytemperature,toaspecifiesstrainwhichisremainedforaspecifiedtimeatthesameorataspecifiedhighertemperatureandthenreleasedatthetesttemperatureoratthestandardlaboratorytemperature.Theconstant-loadtestspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofelongation,creepandtensionsetofrubberssubjectedtoaconstantloadatstandardlaboratorytemperature.Thetestmethodsareintendedtomeasuretheelasticpropertiesofrubberinthehardnessrange20IRHDto94IRHD.Thecreepmeasurementisnotrecommendedforproductdesignortheevaluationoflow-creepmaterials.Forthese,referenceshouldbemadetoISO8013.NoagreementbetweentheresultsofthistestorthoseofISO8013shouldbeinferred.
