【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesthecommandsetextensionsforSCSI-3storagearraydevices;commonlyknownasRAIDdevices.Thisstandardisprincipallyintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwith,notasanalternateto,anyoftheSCSI-3commandstandardsandtheSCSI-3ArchitectureModelStandard(ISO/IECIS14776-411).TheresultingcommandsfacilitatethecontrolandconfigurationofSCSI-3storagearraysandthusprovideacommoncommandspecificationforbothsystemintegratorsandsuppliersofSCSI-3storagearraydevices.Theclause(s)ofthisstandardpertainingtotheSCSI-3storagearraydeviceclass,implementedinconjunctionwiththeapplicableclauseswithinanyoftheSCSI-3commandstandards,shallspecifythestandardcommandsetavailableforSCSI-3storagearrays.TheobjectivesoftheSCSI-3ControllerCommandsistoprovidethefollowing:a)TransfercommandsuniquetoSCSI-3ControllerCommanddevices;b)ControlcommandstomanagetheoperationofanSCSI-3ControllerCommanddevice;c)Optionaldevicemappingandpass-throughsupport.
